Returns/Refunds due to Damage

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Send an email to support@dzako.com with clear photos attached, showing the damage and receipt or proof of purchase. This is necessary for us to verify the damage.
  • Returns without prior communication will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Upon confirmation of the damage, we will guide you through the return process.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging when returning. IMPORTANT: Do not send the returning item to the manufacturer!
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged goods that meet the return criteria. If your return due to damage is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). Refund processing times depend on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges if the variation is wrongly chosen by the client(eg size, color). All product options (variations) are well described in detail with pictures and additional details to assist you in making an informed choice. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Delayed or Unreceived Refunds (if applicable)

Should you find that your refund has not been received:

  • Kindly revisit your bank statement to ascertain whether the transaction has been recorded.
  • Engage with your credit card issuer. It's important to note that there can be a considerable duration before the refund is formally recognized in your account.
  • Subsequently, liaise with your banking institution. Refund processing intervals can vary, thus there may be an inherent delay prior to the appearance of the refund on your statement.
  • If, after completing the aforementioned steps, the refund remains elusive, please direct your inquiry to support@dzako.com
